Our Returns Policy
At Breathe Branding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in the original packaging
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
How to Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@breathebranding.co.uk
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a returns authorization number and instructions
- Pack the items securely and include the returns authorization
- Ship the package to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we'll inspect them and notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll help you process the exchange as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
